Thomas Bartley Obituary

Thomas was a devoted husband, a loving father, a proud grandfather, Brother and a friend to so many. His greatest joy in life was his family, and the love he shared with them will continue to live on in their hearts forever.
Thomas is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Mary, whose unwavering love and partnership were the foundation of a beautiful life together. Born in Kentucky, Thomas later made his home in Florida, where he and Mary raised their family and built a life filled with love, hard work, and countless memories.
He leaves behind his five children: Thomas Bartley, Ronnie Bartley, Shawn Bartley, Amanda Ramirez , and Courtney Bartley . He was also the proud grandfather of Gina, Britney, Stephanie, Ronnie, Tiffany, Joshua , Kristopher (Gabriel), Nikolas ,Gavyn , Alex, and Aurora , along with several cherished great-grandchildren who brought him endless pride and happiness.
Being a grandfather was one of Thomas’s greatest blessings. He had a gift for making people laugh with his unforgettable jokes, colorful stories, and playful sense of humor. If you knew Thomas, you knew he loved to pester those he cared about it was his way of showing affection, and it always brought smiles to those around him.
Thomas also had a deep love for animals and found peace in walking his property, working with his hands, and fixing anything that needed attention. He was happiest when he was busy, always finding a project to tackle or someone to help.
His kindness knew no bounds. Together, Thomas and Mary opened not only their home but also their hearts as foster parents for many years, providing love, care, and hope to children in need. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand, expecting nothing in return. His generosity, compassion, and selfless spirit touched countless lives.
Although our hearts are broken by his passing, we find comfort in the legacy of love, laughter, strength, and kindness he leaves behind. Thomas will be remembered not only for what he did, but for who he was—a man of integrity, a protector of his family, a faithful husband, and a gentle soul with a heart big enough for everyone.
He will be deeply loved, forever remembered, and profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
